On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the JV and Varsity Panther volleyball teams played the Archangels Defenders in volleyball. Following that, on Thursday October 1, 2026, they played Randolph.
The Panthers got the win against the Archangels and won both of the games.
The JV won 2 sets and lost one 20-25, 25-15, 15-10. The Varsity won in 3 sets 25-18, 25 - 22, 25-19.
Senior Vylet Hollatz also recorded 1,000 career digs!
The Panthers also got the win against Randolph and won both games on senior night!
The JV team won in 2 sets, 25-13, 25-14 and the Varsity won in 3 sets 25-12, 25-10, 25-15.
The Randolph game was the last regular season home game, and we celebrated many seniors on this year’s squad playing in their final home game: Kaylee Brabec, Madi Freudenburg, Ella Higby, Vylet Hollatz, Reese Wietfeld, Carmen Malena, and Emersyn Urban.
Senior Resse Wietfeld said, “Last night was a great end to our senior night. We came out strong with energy and smart ball placement. It was a very fun night and a great finish to our senior night!”
Coach Mrs. Hann Said, “In the Randolph game we started slowly but finished in three on a high note. We have been on a very consistent roll and it was nice to see them keep meeting the bar that they have set in the games prior to last night. I am excited for the challenging games we have ahead of us. I think we can handle anything that anyone throws our way it this point.”
These two wins bring the Panther record to 13-6.
