Carter Brabec and Ella Urban Crowned Homecoming Royalty
On September 27, both Leigh and Clarkson named their Homecoming King and Queen during the coronation after the football game against Madison held in Clarkson.
This year's girl candidates from Leigh were Izzy Hollatz, Baylee Settje, Brynn Settje, and Ella Urban. The boy candidates were Carter Brabec, Jared Olson, and Riley Van Dyke.
The 2024 Jr. Court from Leigh was Laikyn Faltys, daughter of Carly and Andrew Faltys, and Beckett Higby, son of Katie and Nate Higby. Both are first graders at Leigh Elementary.
The girl candidates from Clarkson were Rylee Balzer, Teagan Baumert, Emma Gall, and Cadence Indra. The boy candidates were Jacob Koehn, Korbin Lemburg, Dexter Indra, and Zach Gall.
Clarkson’s King and Queen were announced as Korbin Lemburg and Cadence Indra.
Leigh’s King and Queen was announced next. Last year's king and queen Andrew Rivera and Cassandra Rayback crowned this year's king and queen.

Izabel Hollatz is the daughter of Kylie and Willie Hollatz; her siblings are Vylet and Layla.
In high school she has participated in Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Dance, FCCLA, FBLA, National Honor Society, Journalism, Yearbook, Youth Advisory Committee, and One Act. Izzy plans to attend Northeast Community College majoring in Nursing.
Baylee Settje is the daughter of Kristi and Chad Settje. Her siblings are Reagan, Kennedy, Brynn and Bergan. Baylee has participated in Volleyball, Basketball, Track, Dance, FCCLA, FBLA, Journalism, Yearbook, National Honor Society, Youth Advisory Committee, and One Act. Her future plans are to attend either Northeast Community College or Wayne State with a major undecided at this time
Carter Brabec is the son of April & Andy Brabec. He has a brother Dylan and sister Sadie.
During High School Carter has been involved in FFA, Youth Advisory Committee
and One-Act. His future plans are to attend Northeast Community College for Ag Business.
Brynn Settje is the daughter of Kristi and Chad Settje. Her siblings are Reagan,
Kennedy, Baylee and Bergan. Her high school involvement has included Volleyball, Basketball, Track, FCCLA, FBLA, National Honor Society, Journalism, Yearbook, Youth Advisory Committee, and One Act. Brynn’s plans are to attend Northeast Community College majoring in Physical
Therapy.
Jared Olson is the son of Mike Olson and the late Carrie Olson. He has a sister, Rylee.
Throughout high school he has been involved in FFA, Youth Advisory Committee
and One-Act. Jared plans to attend Northeast Community College majoring in Agribusiness.
Ella Urban is the daughter of Robin and Josh Urban. Her siblings are Emersyn, Eisley and Isaiah. During her high school career Ella has been involved in Golf, Track, FCCLA,
FBLA, Journalism, One Act, Youth Advisory Committee, & Dance. Her future plans are undecided.
Riley is the son of Gina and Casey VanDyke. He has an older sister, Zoey, and a younger sister, Daisy. Throughout High School he has been involved in Stream team and One-Act
Riley’s plans are to attend Northeast Community College majoring in Information
Security and System Administration.
