Patriot BBB Picks Wins Final Regular Season Game
The Clarkson Leigh boys’ basketball team was back in action against David City on February 20, in their final game of the regular season. The boys played hard and came out with their 8th win of the season, the final score ending up 58-43. This win brings their regular season record to 8-15.
Senior Kyle McMullin dominated with 23 points, 8 boards, and 3 blocks. It was a solid effort from the rest of the team as well.
“We executed at a very high level all night on both ends of the floor,” McMullin said. “The offense was clicking, and we played hard defense. This allowed for us to build a solid lead and get a quality win going into subdistricts.”
Head coach Jeff Bachman had this to say about the game: “This was a very nice win for us. We played a really complete game and finished up our regular season on a big-time positive note.”
Good job and good luck to Patriot boys’ basketball in sub-districts!
