FCCLA Installs New Officers at Banquet

On April 14th, 2025, the Leigh FCCLA Chapter gathered together for their end of the year banquet. They announce all their accomplishments throughout the 2024-2025 school year and the upcoming year’s officer team.
At the banquet an “Outstanding Member” award was given to one member from the 7th grade, 8th grade, freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior class. The members that were chosen from each class showed their dedication and hard work toward FCCLA over the 2024-2025 school year.
The members that were chosen were 7th grader: Ella Hansen, 8th grader: Averi Clausen, freshman: Lainey Urban, sophomore: Madi Freudenburg, junior: Ava Kasik, and senior: Baylee Settje.
Elizabeth Hoffman, the upcoming year FCCLA president, stated, "It was awesome to see so many families gathered to celebrate our chapter's successes. Even despite some slight technical difficulties with the vision board and video, it was wonderful to reflect on our members' hard work in chapter projects and competitive events.”
The new 2024-2025 chapter officer team was installed and are as follows: President: Elizabeth Hoffman, Vice-President: Vylet Hollatz, Secretary: Ella Higby, Treasurer: Jocelyn Donnelly, Vice-President of Events: Madi Freundenburg, Historian: Emersyn Urban, and Public Relations Chair: Ava Kasik
Megan Hillen, the Leigh FCCLA Advisor, stated “It was a wonderful evening spent celebrating the achievements of the past year. We took time to reflect on our accomplishments and to honor our seniors for their dedication and contributions over the years.”
