FCCLA Hosts March Blood Drive
On Wednesday, March 12, the Leigh FCCLA Chapter hosted the March Blood Drive in the Leigh Community School gym
There were many participants at this blood drive. The following gave blood: Cara Emerson, Eric Broadbent, Glen Hake, Kelli Hoffman, Brian Maliha, Karen Sueper, Tom Schulze, Linda McMullin, Merrily Schmid, Pam Hamernik, Duane Brabec, Janelle Fischer, Wesley Went, Jarrod Bazata, Adam Cerv, Steph Dostal, Fran Groteluschen, Kurt Dostal, Luke Eisenmann, Sandra Muhle, Michele Clausen, Martin Schlautman, Brianne Bachman, and Darrell Bahns.
Power Red Donors are people who give two units of red blood cells at one time. The following were Power Red Donors: Randy Brabec, Brian Gall, Laura Bahns, and Robert Ritze.
FCCLA advisor, Mrs. Megan Hillen says, “Thank you to all the donors who attended the March blood drive. Each unit collected not only helps save lives but also contributes to the scholarship fund for senior FCCLA members.”
